The vibrancy! Seriously a perfect day for this photography session! Both the ocean and the sky were an almost unreal shade of blue with not a cloud in sight. The ocean was still and low so Zofia could walk far out and still only be ankle deep.

Machans Beach was perfect for exactly this. Cairns has so many different beaches, all with their different look and feel to them. As a Cairns photographer, I think I've tried them all now, all for different types of shoots!

I love doing these fashion and model sessions once in a while, it really keeps you on your toes, creatively speaking!

We also had a quick trip to Crystal Cascades and found solace in the shade. Here we did a homage to Ophelia in a little creek we found.
